New hospital sees demand for accommodation soar

After noticing a constant need for more lodging, a new 60-apartment complex has been designed and is currently being built. The projected opening date for this complex is April of 2017.
These apartment homes are located next to Sunshine Coast University Hospital and will consist of either two or three bedroom apartments. These apartments are also conveniently located on the waterfront in the Kawana Health Hub.
If you were hoping to rent one of these apartments, your luck may be tested. Over 90% of the apartments inside the home have been sold and are no longer available.
"The project is located on the waterfront in the heart of Oceanside Kawana Health Hub, a $5.3 billion development now under construction and right next to the Sunshine Coast University Public and Private Hospitals,” RGD Group director Ron Grabbe said.
"This was the first opportunity to buy an affordable waterfront apartment less than 100 metres from what is going to be the largest health precinct in the Southern Hemisphere and minutes to the future town centre with its shopping, dining and entertaining, world class beaches and the expanding University of the Sunshine Coast.”
